You can choose one of these options in the checkout.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post to you, unless they are specially ordered for you and are being shipped direct from the manufacturer/distributor. However please note that when you enter you payment card details an Authorisation is obtained from your Bank for the cost of your order and the money is 'earmarked' on your account reducing your available credits. If you want to avoid this then select an alternative payment option.

If you would prefer not to give your Credit Card details by any method then we can accept payment in other ways - Postal Order, Cheque ( has to clear first before dispatch), Internet Banking (direct money transfer into our account), or even by Cash (simply walk into any branch of Barclays Bank in the UK and deposit payment into our account) - but telephone first for details and to arrange with us.
Shipping And Handling The prices advertised for each product do not include the cost of delivery to you, it would be nice if they could do but postage costs vary according to the weight of the parcel if you buy more than one item the postage cost is less for each item than if posted separately.

We normally despatch goods weighing less than 1.2kg by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, over 1.2kg parcels are despatched by Courier - Initial City Next Working Day Service or Business Post (please note that some remote areas are excluded from this service, e.g. the Highlands).

If you are buying a single or double pushchair then it doesn't matter how many accessories you add the cost will always be £10 for delivery by 17:30 hrs on the UK Mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (see postcodes below) is unfortunately more expensive. You can choose one of the timed delivery options which suits you better but these are a bit more expensive. It may be possible to track your parcel on the day of delivery, but this service is not normally available until after 14:00hrs.

Goods weighing up to 2kg can also be sent to UK addresses by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed delivery the next working day) by 1pm.

Goods delivered by Courier will arrive between 8:00am and 8:00pm (although most often before 5:30pm). If when they arrive as agreed and you are not there to receive delivery the courier will attempt to leave it with a neighbour, if this is not possible then they will leave a failed delivery card. Please contact the telephone number on the card within 48hrs to re-arrange delivery.

You have the opportunity to select your preferred method of delivery to a less expensive or a faster option when you pay for your shopping.

Deliveries of goods over £5 require a signature on delivery, so there will need to be someone in to receive the goods. Any claim for damage or shortage must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please do not ask for the parcel to be left somewhere in your absence as this is not possible a signature is always required. If no one is available then they will leave a notification card and it will be held at your local post office awaiting collection. If not collected within 6 days of posting it will be returned to us. Or you can arrange re-delivery online at Royal Mail Re-Delivery We regret that we cannot do this for you.

Scottish Highlands & UK Islands

For goods ordered for delivery to the postcodes listed below please select the 'Scottish Highlands & Islands' option in the checkout. The Royal Mail charges are the same as the rest of the UK, but sadly the courier charges are higher. Note that the Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Isle of Wight are listed separately.

We usually only supply to addresses in the UK and Ireland. Some goods (not pushchairs or orders weighing over 2kg) can also be despatched to EU countries, please email us for details of costs. We regret that we do not normally supply pushchairs to other countries due to licence and warranty issues howvere please contact us by email if you would still like to pursue this option.

We regret we cannot provide a tracking service for orders sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service but we can supply you with the tracking reference if required.

If your parcel is delayed or missing you can contact the Royal Mail 08457 740 740 or online at Royal Mail Track & Trace and use the tracking reference to resolve this with the Royal Mail. We regret that we cannot do this for you.
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch pushchairs within 24hrs and orders received before noon are often dispatched the same day. We try to maintain our website daily so if an item is shown as 'IN STOCK' then it really is available for despatch to you.

If you request that goods are dispatched to an address other than that of the Card Holder then there may be an additional delay as we have to jump through some extra hoops with the Credit Card companies.

Delivery will be between 8:00am and 8:00pm (although most often before 5:30pm).

Guaranteed Morning or Afternoon Delivery

So that you don't have to wait in all day you can narrow down the time of delivery to either a the Morning (from 8:00am to 12:00am) or Afternoon (from 12:00am to 5:30pm).

This service usually costs an additional £10 but we sometimes offer selected products with this service included free. This service is especially valuable in London where delivery schedules are very unpredictable.

If when they arrive as agreed and you are not there to received delivery the courier will attempt to leave it with a neighbour, it this is not possible then they will leave a failed delivery card. Please contact the telephone number on the card within 48hrs to re-arrange delivery. The second delivery will be on a Next Working Day Service not a Morning or Afternoon Service. In the event of a dispute (you say there was someone there they say there wasn't) we have to rely on the information provided by the Courier - they have proved reliable in the past and as good as their word in refunding the delivery cost when they genuinely get it wrong as their reputation is on the line !

Put Aside for Delivery Later

If you would like to order your pushchair and/or accessories in advance of when you need them (to make sure that they are available) but you don't want to take delivery yet then we will happily accept your order and put the goods aside for you for up to, say, 3 to 4 weeks.

We do not charge for the goods until they are dispatched and there is no charge for this service.

Simply order the goods as normal and in the checkout complete the 'preferred delivery date' section, e.g. "Last week February - telephone to arrange"
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges The prices advertised include the appropriate rate of VAT normally 15% but there are some items which are zero rated.

Customers in the Channel Islands (EU Non Fiscal areas of Jersey & Guernsey) can purchase goods at Zero Rate VAT (although there may still be some VAT element in the delivery or postage cost).

Credit Card companies now insist that all merchants accepting payments by credit card employ approved data security specialists to verify the security of their systems - an 'MOT' for websistes - we use Security Metrics, approved by Barclaycard Merchants Services.

Returns Policy We want to treat you as we would like to be treated ourselves.

You can cancel your order any time before we despatch it, if you realise that you have ordered the wrong product then press the Press the button to send us an email with the amendment or cancellation, or better still pick up the telphone and call us on 01363 881110.

You can send your Pushchair or Accessories back to us, but please remember that you are responsible for it until we receive it so you need to look after it. It must come back, unused, in its original condition and packaging.

If you decide that you do not want the product then send it back and we will refund the cost of the product but we don't refund the actual delivery cost - note that although we only charge £10 for delivery the actual cost of delivering a single pushchair is approx. £15, a double £20.

If a product is returned without it's original packaging, or if the packaging has been damaged and cannot be re-used, then there may be a handling and re-packing charge.

If for some reason you do need to return something to us then you should send it by Carrier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so that if we don't receive it you can claim the loss from them. We don't refund goods which we have not received back even though you sent it.

We don't accept pushchairs or accessories back after they have been used.

In some circumstances and as a gesture of goodwill we may supply a replacement product in advance of the return and inspection of product alleged to be faulty by a customer. In the event that the original product is not returned then we reserve the right to charge the customer for the product. In the event that the original product when returned and inspected is found not to be faulty, then we reserve the right to charge the customer for any reasonable costs we have incurred in it's replacement which have resulted from their error or failure.
