This high specification, swivel front wheel pushchair is designed for people who want the Mountain Buggy quality & style but walk more in the town than the countryside. The swivel front wheels makes the pushchair superbly manoeuvrable on smooth surfaces - 'turn on a sixpence', as they used to say.
It is possible to 'lock' the front wheels to limit the swivel and this can be useful on very rough ground but they cannot be fixed like the Mountain Buggy Double Terrain model and the off road performance is not ideal.
But around town...stunning !
Looks can be deceiving, with clever design the Double Urban is only 7cm (3") wider than a Single Urban. It will even fit into the boot of some small cars, e.g. a Mercedes A Class, without removing the wheels !

The delightfully simple folding system makes everyday use a pleasure. The new Quick Release Rear Wheels come in handy when you need extra space in the boot for going on holiday.
The Double Urban has an Adjustable Handle
You can use your Mountain Buggy Double Urban from birth for a new baby as each seat can be reclined to only 15 degrees above horizontal - almost flat. Alternatively you can fit a Carrycot which converts one side of the pushchair into a pram for those first few important months when a baby should ideally lay flat. For twins you can fit two individual Carrycots or there is a seriously nice Twin Carrycot.
