This high specification, swivel front wheel pushchair is designed for people who want the Mountain Buggy quality & style but walk more in the town than the countryside. The swivel front wheel makes the pushchair superbly manoeuvrable on smooth surfaces - 'turn on a sixpence', as they used to say.

It is possible to 'lock' the front wheel to limit the swivel and this can be useful on very rough ground but it cannot be fixed like the Mountain Buggy Terrain model and the off road performance is not ideal.

But around town...stunning !

The delightfully simple folding system makes everyday use a pleasure. The new Quick Release Rear Wheels come in handy when you need extra space in the boot for going on holiday, although it will fit into the boot of a VW Golf hatch with the wheels on.

You can use your Mountain Buggy Urban from birth for a new baby as the seat can be reclined to only 15 degrees above horizontal - almost flat. Alternatively you can fit a Carrycot which converts the pushchair into a pram for those first few important months when a baby should ideally lay flat, or fit a car seat

A Kiddy Board can be fitted to the Mountain Buggy Urban pushchair so it can be used to transport two children around town.
