Mountain Buggy Terrain XL

XL is designed for the average 4 year old to slim 8 year old and INCLUDES:

higher and deeper seat

standard footplate AND extended footplate

taller sun canopy

standard AND extended storm covers

on a Mountain Buggy Terrain frame.

The Terrain XL is a complete set including the Terrain XL Lite - simply add or remove fittings as required. With the standard footplate fitted it looks very much like a standard Mountain Buggy, the proportions are slightly different. It's only when you add the extended footplate that it looks special.

The tall sun canopy (& extended storm cover) will only work for up to 7 years old, after that you will need to dress the child in appropriate weather gear, e.g. waterproof clothing by Togz

The Mountain Buggy Terrain XL may be suitable for some, but not all, children with special needs. The Terrain XL with the extended footplate fitted is designed specifically for children with special needs and may be purchased VAT Free under certain conditions if the child is eligible for VAT Relief, in addition we may be able to supply the Terrain XL under the Wheelchair Voucher Scheme. In either case contact us by telephone for more details.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Whilst the Terrain XL may be used for a child with special needs the hammock style seat makes it unsuitable for a child who requires postural managment support, if in doubt please seek the advice of your physiotherapist.
